Now, with the Plastic Trends’ IntelliCap™ and IntelliDisc™ you no longer need to guess and dig for the location of the access plug. These two new additions to the Plastic Trends’ line allow you to easily locate underground risers or municipal services through backfill, snow or overgrown vegetation up to five feet deep.

The IntelliCap™ features a 3M disc marker that is ultrasonically welded to a polyethylene cap, which works on both DWV and sewer pipe. It is as simple as slipping it on top of the pipe end.

Where threaded access plugs are specified, Plastic Trends also offers the option of the IntelliDisc™ which has a 3M disc marker ultrasonically welded to a polyethylene plate which is placed into a cleanout plug underneath the threaded plug. The plate with the 3M marker also contains two tabs for easy installation and removal.

The inexpensive and simple design of the IntelliCap™ and IntelliDisc™ allows you to save time, money, and eliminate wasted resources. As with any Plastic Trend fitting, they are durable, resistant to rust and corrosion, and you can expect the highest of quality.
